Marco Pieri | About
Marco Pieri, born in 1966, picked up the instrument very early thanks to his father and the Beatles with whom he fell in love (we are in 73/74).
He plays the bass, the harmonica and the guitar and has his first live experience at the age of 11 with a quintet where he plays. also his brother (Max Pieri) with original songs and pieces by Neil Young. He spent his adolescence among various local groups in Cremona.
After the age of twenty he abandons the world of “work” to dedicate himself completely to musical studies which he carries out by earning a living by playing in dance orchestras, gaining experience in the recording studio and on stage.
In 1995 he worked on board for Costa Crociere and plays (and studies) all year round around the Mediterranean Sea.
Before the advent of the 2000s:
- He works on tour with Gene Gnocchi in the stage shows “This Structure is Subject to Change” and “Jhonny Rockstar”.
- The same year he worked for Alberto Radius on Canale 5 in the Saturday evening program “IL Boom” with Teocoli, Ventura and other television stars.
- He collaborates with Maurizio Lauzi and records a record with the Guitar Club Band, a project with and by Alberto Radius.
